B.    Cannot tolerate wickedness
The Ephesians got burnt out on their faith and were not as passionate as they used to be.
C.    Laodicea
1.    They had gotten passive about their faith
2.    This is a warning for the people in Laodicea to change
God gave them a warning because he rebukes the people who he loves.
3.    Philadelphia
a.    They had very little strength, but did not deny Christs' name
b.    They will be protected from trials
c.    Smyrna
(1)    Are afflicted and poor
(a)    If they are faithful, they will receive the victor's crown
They are about to be persecuted for ten days and will die
(2)    Are rich in Christs' love
(3)    Pergamum
(a)    A few began worshipping other gods & God is telling them to repent
(b)    Most everyone held strong in their faith
(c)    Thyatira
i)      They have love, faith, perseverance and service.
ii)     They have begun to tolerate Jezebel
